These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

All payments must be completed before accessing our programs.

Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Clients enrolled in the Online Coaching program receive their weekly follow-up messages through WhatsApp.

To ensure all messages are delivered, clients must save the official Move number (+20 105 513 5002) in their phone contacts — WhatsApp only delivers broadcast messages to contacts who have the sender's number saved.

Shape Programs include basic support inside the private Facebook Group made for program members.

In the group, you can ask questions about your workouts, exercises, or technique, and get a personal reply there.

Shape Programs don't include WhatsApp support or personal follow-up messages — WhatsApp messages sent by Shape Program clients won't be replied to.

Due to the nature of digital products and online programs, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are available once a purchase is confirmed.

After payment, you will receive access details to your program via email.

You are responsible for keeping your login and links private. Sharing them is not allowed.

Our coaching programs and diet plans are designed for lifestyle purposes only.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

All content, including videos, PDFs, and materials, is the property of Move by Sarah.

Copying, sharing, or reselling our content is strictly prohibited.

Move by Sarah is not responsible for any injury, health issues, or results that may occur from following our programs. Participation is at your own risk.

The client's subscription begins one day after the program is delivered.

For example: if the program is sent on 15/11, the official subscription start date is 17/11.

The subscription duration is calculated based on this date, not the payment date.
